Pastor David Tracy

Diana and David Tracy met and were married in 2009 in Denver, Colorado. They moved to Texas in 2015.

David was born in upstate New York. His journey led him to Colorado in his early twenties, where he would spend the next 20 years, working in the finance and telecommunications industries before eventually starting an insurance brokerage in 2004. David obtained a Bachelors in Biblical Studies in 2022 and currently working through the MDiv program at Western Seminary, a degree which he hopes to finish in late 2025.

Diana grew up as a military dependent, which provided her the opportunity to live in Korea, Germany and several locations in the U.S. before her father was given a stationary assignment at Fort Hood in Killeen Texas. After high school, she attended the University of Texas, where she completed the Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry, followed by completion of the doctoral program in Neuroscience at UT Southwestern Medical Center in January of 2009.

It was after to Texas and beginning to attend Calvary Fellowship that David and Diana found themselves being called to serve at in various capacities. Though both David and Diana had come to Christ previously, it was during this time their walk was renewed and their faith began to take root, with Christ as the center of their lives and their marriage.

David and Diana currently serve as leaders of the Equip! young adult ministry for Calvary Fellowship. This ministry tends to the spiritual needs and growth of younger believers, ranging in age from 18 through late twenties.

The young adult fellowship meets the first and third Fridays of every month to explore what it means to live life under the authority of Scripture, to explore individual spiritual gifts and to grow both as individuals and as a fellowship in the Lord. In addition to the Friday night gatherings, young adult Bible studies are hosted on the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month. These studies delve deeply into application, as each young adult learns to study Scripture on their own and to apply it to their walk as believers.

The goal of the young adult ministry to provide the foundational habits and tools necessary for each individual to find their footing in their walk with Christ as they step out into the world, discovering the path He has for them and becoming disciples and leaders who in turn disciple others.
